Which fishing reel should I choose?

Penn GT 220 for 40-45$ or the Penn 309 Level wind for 30$ I dont know which reel is better for me, I fish mainly the inlet and river flats, I occasionaly fish on a boat in the river, but never off shore fishing, mainly catch snook, trout, red, and flounder, I live in florida if that makes a difference, thanks for any advice to which I should pick
